===Description===
This tutorial will go over how to reset the password for LumiViewer Mobile accounts when you have forgotten your password.

===Prerequisites===
* LumiViewer Mobile App installed
* Access to the email account registered with the app (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)

===Step by Step Instructions===

1. From the Home tab of the LumiViewer app, select the "Log in Now" option at the top. (If you are already on the login page, skip to the next step.)

2. From the login page, select "Forgot password?"

3. Enter the email address that was used to register, a new password, and confirmation of the new password. Click "Get verification code" once filled out to continue. Be sure to note the password requirements. If the button is greyed out, it is likely your passwords do not match or do not meet the requirements. If you receive an error that no account is registered with the email provided, back out and use the "Sign Up" option at the bottom of the log-in page instead.

4. Once you have clicked the button, an email will be sent containing a verification code. Open the email and note the code down.

5. Enter the code into the app and select "Confirm".

6. Once completed, you will be returned to the login page and can log in with your new password.
