If you have connected Luminys cameras to the LumiGuardian Solar Trailer and they are not showing up in LumiCloud, follow the below steps:&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Log into the user account that has the LumiGuardian Solar Trailer added to it.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Click on the Device Type option at the top left.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Select &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Solar Trailer&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

4. You will be automatically logged into the Solar Trailer&amp;#039;s web interface.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Advanced Settings&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

5. Click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Camera Configuration&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

6. Check the list of added cameras at the the bottom. If any of them are not connected properly to the Solar Trailer, they will show a red dot under &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Status&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Click on the Pencil Icon under &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Edit&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for one of the Luminys cameras having connection issues.&lt;br /&gt;

7. Click on the drop-down next to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Manufacturer&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

8. Select &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Smart&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for the protocol under &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Manufacturer&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Enter the username for the camera in the field next to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Username&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Enter the password for the camera in the field next to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Password&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;OK&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; at the bottom&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

9. If the camera is connected correctly, the red dot should change to a green dot under &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Status&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for the camera.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Verify that it says &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Smart&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; under &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Manufacturer&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for the camera.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Repeat steps 6-9 for any other Luminys cameras that are having connection issues and the Manufacturer is not set to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Smart&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

10. Click on the Main Menu icon at the top right corner.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Advanced Settings&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Enter &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;60&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in the field next to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Interval&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Apply&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; at the bottom&lt;br /&gt;
