How to Reset a LumiCloud Account Password

Today we will go over how to reset your LumiCloud account password using the mobile App.

Prerequisites

• LumiCloud Mobile App
• LumiCloud Account

Step by Step Instructions

1. The first step would be to open the LumiCloud app on your phone. Once it is open you will see the prompt to login, but below that you will see a forgot password option. Click on that.

2. After clicking forgot password you will be brought to the next page. On this page you will need to input the email address you use to log in, then after inputting the email address click the “Get Verification Code” button.

3. After clicking Get verification code you will need to go to your email so you can get the verification code to complete the reset process.

4. Now that you have your verification code, go back into the app and input the code you received in the verification code field. Once you input the code, click next step.

5. After inputting your verification code and clicking next, you will be brought to the page to create a new password. You will need to input the password and then reinput the same password in the confirm password field. Once done click finish at which point it should tell you that the password was successfully changed and you will be returned to the login screen. This completes the password reset process for your LumiCloud User account.
