Step by Step Instructions
1. To set up LumiTracking, begin by opening the camera's WebUI. Ensure that a preset has already been configured for this function. Then, select the "Smart Analysis" option to proceed.
2. In the Smart Analysis section, expand the "Smart Analysis" option on the left and select "Intelligent Mode." Afterward, click the preset button and choose the preset to which the rule will be added.
3. After selecting the preset, new options will appear. Enable the VCA (Video Content Analysis) toggle, then click "Next" to proceed.
4. On the next page, click on the blue "VCA" letters to access the VCA settings.
5. Ensure the correct preset is selected on this page. On the right, click the (+) to view the available options for Smart Analysis. For this example, select "Intrusion."
6. After selecting the intrusion box, begin drawing your rule by left-clicking in the preview window. Move to the next point and left-click again to create lines. Once the rule area is defined, right-click to finish drawing.
7. Once the rule is drawn, configure the settings for the intrusion box. Ensure that the rule is enabled and LumiTracking is turned on. You can adjust the track time, which determines how long the target will be tracked, and set the target screening to "Human," "Vehicle," or both. After configuring the desired settings, click "Apply" at the bottom to save the rule.
8. Next, go to the live view to observe the tracking in action. The target being tracked will be highlighted with a red box. This completes the process of setting up LumiTracking.
