Description
This tutorial will go over how to preset deletion and sensitivity setup errors.
Prerequisites
- Access LumiCloud end user account via web browser.

Step by Step Instructions
1. If a preset is bound to a rule, avoid deleting the preset until the associated rule has been deleted.
2. In some cases, the sensitivity setting may fail to apply or may not display correctly. If this occurs, reconfigure the sensitivity setting.
