Completing Account Creation via Partner Invite

Description

This article will cover how to complete the setup process for a new LumiCloud User Account

Prerequisites

• A computer with a web browser
• LumiCloud User Account created by a LumiCloud Partner Account

Step by Step Instructions

1. Open the email you recieved after your LumiCloud Managing Partner created your account.
Click on Consent

2. The LumiCloud User Portal will open up in your web browser and you will be presented with the Account Activation page.
Enter a password to be created for your account in the Password field.
Enter the same password again in the Confirm Password field.
Click on Next

3. Enter your email address associated with your LumiCloud User Account in the User Account field.
Enter the password you just setup in the Password field.
Click on Enter

4. Read and scroll through the Service Agreement.
Click on Next at the bottom

5. Read and scroll through the Privacy Policy.
Click on Accept at the bottom

6. You will be logged into your account on the Dashboard page.
Your user account is now set up
