LumiGuardian LumiCloud Alert Setup
Description
This article will cover how to set up Alerts in LumiCloud for LumiGuardian devices.
Prerequisites
- A computer with a web browser
- LumiCloud User Account setup
- A LumiGuardian Device added to the LumiCloud User Account
Step by Step Instructions
1. Open a web browser and log in to the LumiCloud User Portal.
Click on the Device Type option at the top left.
Select Solar Trailer
2. Click on Alerts on the left.
Select System Alerts at the top.
Then click on Alerts Settings at the bottom
3. There will be 3 Alert Rules automatically created.
Enable the sliders under Operation for the rules you want to get alerts for.
Click on Edit next to the first rule you want to edit
4. You will not be able to edit the name or when the alert is active. It will automatically be active 24/7.
Enter email addresses, that you want to recieve the alert notificaitons, in the the Push Mailing Lists" field, pressing Enter on your keyboard between each email address
5. Scroll down and click on the drop-down under App Push List.
Check the boxes next to the pre-existing users you want to recieve notifications on the LumiCloud Mobile App when this alert is triggered.
If you want the alert to be sent to all user's mobile apps, check the box next to All User
6. Click on Save at the bottom
7. Click on Confirm
8. Click on Edit next to the other alert types and repeat the above steps to configure alert notifications
