A: When devices are configured locally before connecting to the cloud, connection issues may occur. To resolve this, perform a factory reset on the device locally, then complete all necessary steps, including initialization, in the cloud.

A: 7-10 days
Q: How long does it take to fully charge a solar trailer?
A: 25 hours by AC, solar power charging is continuous.
