Adding Devices to LumiViewer

Description

This tutorial will go over how to add devices to LumiViewer desktop app.

Prerequisites

  • LumiViewer application installed on the computer.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to Smart Plan and verify that a corresponding VCA plan is enabled.

2. Go to the trailer WebGUI and check whether the Smart Plan includes only Intrusion Detection rules, whether a preset exists, and whether it is set to AI by Camera. If the rule does not meet these conditions, it will not appear on the cloud. In such cases, delete the rule, restore the camera to factory defaults, and reset the camera password.
