Reset LumiCloud User Account Password via LumiCloud App

This article will cover how to reset the password for a LumiCloud user account using the LumiCloud App.

Prerequisites

• LumiCloud App
• LumiCloud User Account

Step by Step Instructions

1. From the log in page on the app, start by tapping Forgot Password under the login button.

2. Enter the email address used for the account, and tap Get Verification Code.

3. Check your email for the verification code and take note of it.

4. Return to the app and enter the code in the appropriate field. Click Next Step once it has been entered.

5. Create a new password, and confirm it. Once completed, press Finish, and your password is now reset.
