How to Reset LumiViewer Mobile Account Password
Description
This tutorial will go over how to reset the password for LumiViewer mobile accounts when you have forgotten your password.
Prerequisites
- LumiViewer Mobile App installed
- Access to email account registered with (Outlook, Gmail, etc)
Step by Step Instructions
1. From the Home tab of the LumiViewer app, select the Log in Now option at the top. (If you are already on the login page, skip to the next step.)
2. From the login page, select "Forgot password?"
3. Enter your email address that was used to register, a new password, and confirm the new password. Click "Get verification code" once filled out to continue. Be sure to note the password requirements. If the button is greyed out, it is likely your passwords do not match, or do not meet the requirements.
4. Once you have clicked the button an email will be sent containing a verification code. Open the email and note it down.
5. Enter the code into the app, and select Confirm.
6. Once completed, you will be returned tot he login page and can log in with your new password.
