How to Register an Account in LumiViewer Mobile

Description

This tutorial will go over how to register and account in the LumiViewer mobile app.

Prerequisites

• LumiViewer Mobile App installed
• Email account to register with (Outlook, Gmail, etc)

Step by Step Instructions

1. Starting from the LumiViewer Home page, you will be prompted to add a device or to log in. For the purpose of this document we will click the login button.

2. After clicking log in, you will be brought to the next page where you would sign in if you had an account already. Since we do not have an account yet, we will click the sign up button which is down at the bottom of the screen.

3. After clicking the sign up option, you will be brought to the sign up page. On this page you will input the email address you want to sign up with, as well as input the password you wish to use. After inputting those 2 things you will click on the “Get verification code button.”

4. After clicking on "Get Verification Code," you will be brought to a page to input the verification code that has been sent to your email.

5. Open your email inbox and open the LumiViewer Account Registration email to obtain your verification code.

6. Go back into the application, and input the security code and click confirm.

7. After inputting your security code and click confirm, it will then automatically log you into the account and the first prompt you will receive is to create a username for the account. Fill in what you want and click ok.

8. After clicking ok, it will now bring you to the main page of LumiViewer where you can add your device. This concludes how to register for a LumiViewer account.
