Enabling and Using LumiSearch via WebGUI
Description
This tutorial provides basic instructions for enabling and performing LumiSearch via Playback or Live View in the webGUI. A more in-depth guide of the available LumiSearch features can be found here.
Prerequisites
- Access NVR's webGUI
- NVR with LumiSearch capabilities
- IP Camera with LumiSearch capabilities
Important Notes
Enabling LumiSearch will result in the following function limitations (Only the R5 has limitations):
- Reduced bandwidth and decoding performance (based on the datasheet AI ON performance)
- NVR-side AI functions (FD, FR, VCA and iMD) cannot be enabled, and Fisheye Dewarp is not supported
- The secondary display does not support 4K, with a maximum resolution of 1920*1080
- Local Face Database and Face Image Search are not supported
- Full-screen display of LumiSearch search result videos is not supported at 4K resolution (preview is supported)
- Up to 3~5 images reported by the Target panel are retained after LumiSearch retrieval.
Enabling LumiSearch
